MINTO COMMUNICATIONS SOCIETY
Minto Communications Society is a non-profit, community owned and operated organization providing high quality communication services to the people of the Upper Bridge River Valley.
With performance up to 50 x faster than dial-up and download speeds from 1 - 2 Mbps, depending on your chosen service plan, rural customers can experience the thrills of high-speed internet at the costs of a typical urban high-speed service.
The core values of MCS are economic and social development and education. MCS believes high speed internet service and the related services will significantly enhance the quality of life in this region by contributing to educational opportunities for residents and opportunities for existing and potential businesses throughout the entire area.
Service from MCS began in the late fall of 2008 and is constantly expanding to include all main residential areas of the valley.
